The site helps readers distinguish an Odessa, Higginsville, or Lexington police report from a Lafayette County Jail booking record, a Missouri court case, and a Missouri Department of Corrections record. It points to official channels first and explains the limits of news reports and private indexes. It does not host arrest records or booking-photo galleries.
